We focus on the challenges faced by young adults with borderline intellectual functioning and others who need more time to learn at work.
We’re building NADO, a product that brings together step-by-step workplace guides, hands-on task practice, a community for sharing experiences, and Steady, an AI companion for talking through work and everyday concerns.
NADO means “me too” in Korean—a name that carries a simple idea: you’re not alone.
Everything we’re building is currently at the proof-of-concept stage.

Hello, I’m Yongseok Oh, founder of Slowcoach. At private academies, in the military, and at work, I learned with help from people who took the time to guide me. Now I listen to what people need when learning a job and turn that support into tools they can return to whenever they need them.
